Returns & Refunds Policy
Important – where we are based
Linden & Oat is a trading name of G.H Studios, a business registered in the Netherlands. We are not a US-based business. We do not hold a US address and we do not operate a US returns facility.
Returns are sent to our returns warehouse outside the United States. Please read the return shipping section below before you order.

30-night home trial – return window
You have 30 days (30 nights) from the day you receive your item to try it at home. Use it, wash it and live with it. If it isn't right for you, contact us within those 30 nights to request a return.
Items must be clean and free of damage beyond normal use, and proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at info@lindenandoat.com. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Cost of returns
If you are not satisfied: returns are free for orders delivered within the contiguous United States: once your return request has been approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. For orders delivered elsewhere, return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
Full return instructions, including the return address, will be sent to you by our support team once your return request has been reviewed.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. Cost for a broken or incorrect item: free. In these cases we will send a replacement free of charge, including shipping, at no cost to you. Depending on the situation we may ask you to return the original item, and where we do, we will cover that cost.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item, size or color is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once your return request has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the full product price is refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it to your account.
If more than 7 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, email info@lindenandoat.com.
